Privacy Policy

Last updated 20 September 2026. This policy explains what AI Champs Academy collects, why, and how it is used. We collect the minimum needed to run our programs and we never sell personal data.

What we collect

Readiness check: the child's first name and age, the parent's name, email, WhatsApp number, optional city, the answers given, and the resulting scores and report. The child's written answers are stored so the report can show them.

Enrollment and payment: the student's and contact's details, the chosen program, plan, and batch, and the payment screenshot you upload. Screenshots are stored privately and are visible only to our staff.

Student portal: an access code and the email used to sign in. Class recordings are stored for 30 days after a program ends.

Automatic data: like most websites we use cookies and similar tools: Google Analytics (usage statistics), Microsoft Clarity (anonymised session replays and heatmaps), and the Meta Pixel with Meta's Conversions API (to measure our advertising). These providers may set cookies and receive your IP address, browser details, and, for Meta, a hashed version of your email or phone number when you submit a form. You can block cookies in your browser; the site keeps working.

How we use it

To produce and email the readiness report, to reserve and confirm seats, to verify bank transfers, to deliver classes, recordings, and any included software activation, to answer your questions on WhatsApp and email, and to understand and improve how the site and our advertising perform.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site: hosting (Vercel), database and storage (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), video classes (Zoom), and the analytics and advertising tools above. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share children's data with advertisers beyond the anonymised or hashed measurement described above.

Children

Our kids program is for students aged 8 to 19. We ask a parent or guardian to complete the readiness check and the enrollment with, and on behalf of, the child, using the parent's contact details. Classes are live and supervised. Parents can ask us to delete a child's data at any time.

Keeping and deleting data

Reports and enrollment records are kept while the account is active and for up to 2 years afterwards for support and accounting, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment screenshots are deleted after verification is no longer needed. To access, correct, or delete your data, email hello@aichampsacademy.com from the address you used with us.

Security

Data is stored with access controls and encryption in transit. Only staff who need it can see it. No method is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you.
