Terms and Conditions

Last updated 20 September 2026. By reserving a seat or booking sessions with AI Champs Academy, you agree to these terms. We have kept them short and in plain language.

What you are buying

A place in a live online program as described on its program page: the live sessions, recordings for 30 days after the program ends, access to the student portal, and, where the program page says so, an included software subscription for the stated weeks. Session times are shown in Pakistan time. One to one programs are scheduled with you individually after payment.

Readiness check

Our kids program requires a free readiness check. It checks reading, typing, writing, and simple puzzles, not AI knowledge. We may decline an enrollment, or suggest a later batch, if we believe the pace would not suit the student. The report is provided for information and is not an academic assessment.

Fees and payment

Fees are shown in US dollars with the Pakistani rupee amount used for bank transfer. A seat is reserved when we verify your payment screenshot, normally within 24 hours. Installment plans require the second installment after week 4; portal access may be paused if an installment is overdue. Bank charges are the payer's responsibility.

Refunds

Full refund if you tell us after the first class or session that the program is not for you, no questions asked. After that, fees are non-refundable, but you may transfer a seat to a later batch once if you tell us before the third week. Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 7 working days.

Included software

Where a program includes a third party subscription (for example Google AI Pro for specific weeks), we provide an activation code or link and instructions. We are not the provider of that service and its own terms apply. If a code stops working during the program we replace it. The student can complete every project on the free plan.

Attendance and conduct

Classes are live and recorded. Recordings are for enrolled students and their families only and may not be shared publicly. We expect respectful behaviour in class and may remove a student who disrupts others, with a pro rata refund. Parents are responsible for supervising younger children's use of AI tools outside class.

Student work

Everything a student builds belongs to the student. With a parent's permission we may show student work, first name only, to promote the academy; you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

Changes and cancellations by us

If we must reschedule a session we will give notice on WhatsApp and in the portal and provide the recording. If we cancel a batch before it starts, you receive a full refund.

Liability

We teach with third party AI tools whose output we do not control. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
